The farm café sits right on the grounds of the Hofgut in the east of Darmstadt — in the old forge next to the farm shop, or outside in the yard. There are home-baked cakes daily, partly made with the farm's own grain, plus espresso from fairly traded coffee and homemade soups at midday.

Freshly baked cakes daily, partly with the farm's own grain, and fair-trade coffee. Drinks are also available in the ReCUP returnable cup. The grounds, with animals, fields and outdoor seating, invite families to linger. The farm shop next door is also listed on klugundgrün.
What you should know
Self-service — tables cannot be reserved. On sunny weekends it can get busy.
