Why we included this place
Following the closure of tibits, TressBrüder introduced a distinctive new concept to the Alnatura Campus. Instead of ordering from a menu, guests choose from a buffet of seasonal salads, vegetable dishes, curries and freshly prepared meals, paying by weight. What makes the restaurant stand out is its uncompromising approach to organic food: every ingredient is certified organic, while regional and seasonal sourcing plays an important role whenever possible. It is one of the few restaurants in Darmstadt where organic quality forms the foundation of the entire concept rather than just part of the menu.
